My name is Francis Otia, I studied Surveying and Geoinformatics from Abia State Polytechnic Aba, Nigeria. I have expertise in Geographic Information System (GIS) and web mapping. My expertize spans through open source GIS software such as QGIS and of course I have a good level of proficiency in licensed software such as ArcGIS Pro. In additon to that, I have a good level of experience working with web mapping libraries such as MAPBOX GL JS, LEAFLET JS etc and also hosting such works on GITHUB.
In addition to the above skills, I do have excellent report writing skills.
